Membership in Leonnus Franklin & Harmony is a mutual-fit decision. We seek people who share our ministry values, and we want every applicant to understand what LFH offers and requires before moving forward.

What members can expect from LFH

  • Teamwork: protect unity and contribute to one blended sound.
  • Coachability: receive direction and remain willing to grow.
  • Conduct: treat leaders, members, hosts, and audiences with respect; handle sensitive ministry matters discreetly.
  • Representation: reflect LFH’s values in public and online when representing the ministry.
  • Flexibility: discuss availability for performances, recording, workshops, and travel as opportunities arise.

The membership pathway

From interest to mutual decision

  2. 2. SubmitComplete the brief membership interest form.
  3. 3. Initial reviewOur team considers ministry alignment, availability, gifts, and support needs.
  4. 4. ConversationSelected applicants meet with the ministry team for a mutual-fit discussion.
  5. 5. AssessmentWhen applicable, vocalists or musicians are invited to an audition or musical assessment.
  6. 6. Trial rehearsalsWhen appropriate, candidates experience LFH’s rehearsal culture and teamwork.
  7. 7. Mutual decision and orientationLFH and the candidate decide whether to move forward, followed by orientation and clear next steps.

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee membership. Interviews, auditions, assessments, and trial rehearsals are by invitation and may vary according to the role.
